Economy orders will be shipped by UPS SurePost and may be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Standard, expedited, overnight and Saturday orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes via economy shipping.
Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
IN-STORE PICKUP (U.S. ONLY)
In select markets, you can choose to pick up your online order at your local Madewell store with no shipping and handling charge. Certain products may be unavailable for in-store pickup, including gift cards. Orders will be delivered to your selected store and ready for pickup within 4 to 7 business days. Some orders may be available even sooner (as early as same day) if all of your items are already available in your selected store.
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and shipped, and an e-mail will be sent once the entire order is ready for pickup. You may pick up your order at the store for up to 7 days by providing a store associate with your pickup notification e-mail and a government-issued photo ID.
You may also designate another individual to pick up your order if you provide them with the pickup notification received via e-mail. They should also bring a government-issued photo ID.
If you are not able to pick up your order within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded in the form of your original payment. You should expect to see the credit in 3—5 additional business days.
MADEWELL MARKETPLACE (U.S. ONLY)
The same shipping timelines and rates apply to our Marketplace products. Items will ship directly from the Marketplace vendor, so your package will arrive with their branding. As with Madewell products, tracking information can be found in your order history and shipping confirmation email.
